Join Kelsey for a workshop to reconnect with the energy of mother moon and invite the unveiling of your sacred biorhythm based upon your birth time and season. Kelsey will be guiding you through her own personal journey and practices to stay connected and to truly thrive with the natural flow of your unique life's path. 
 
We will connect to the energy of mother moon to release any old patriarchal programming to become fully synchronized to our individual rhythms and natural lunar alignment. 
 
Please come prepared with your birth time on hand and a pen and paper for journaling prompts and insights throughout the workshop. We will also close with a guided healing meditation, so be prepared to sit or lay down in a comfortable position.
